Missionary Training Center

WE HAVE ARRIVED!!!!!

We were informed of this fact by our trainers today. We have had a very busy day doing nothing! There are about 40 people in our group, 2500 missionaries at the MTC. Going everywhere, from Madasgascar to Alaska. Young people practicing their language skills everywhere. Rodney will love the cafeteria. Good food, reminded me of the buffets in Las Vegas. Tom is the District Leader in our district. Probably not much responsibility considering where we are.  Rachel and Brian came to visit us while were were in the MTC and it was so special to know that our grandchildren love us and want to do things for us.  Rachel and Brian will drive us to the Airport in our car and then take it to Rebekah for storage when we come home.

Missionary Assignment

Just opened email from President Mann, we have been assigned to Swaziland, Heavenly Valley. I have been teasing Tom since our call that we could go to Swaziland.

We are with Edward and Annie at Disneyland, the weather is overcast and cool. We need sweaters down here in So Cal. We have Evie at the motel, the rest went to see the Light Parade, tonight is supposed to be the last one ever again.
